Description:

MEANINGFUL WORK FROM DAY ONE

  • Provides a broad range of HR duties including employee relations, training, talent selection, compliance, policy development, and salary administration.
  • Provides HR assistance with policy interpretation, benefit questions, leave assistance, and employee communications.
  • Responsible for HR Business partner transactions in workday and data analytics.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Responsible for data integrity, serving as the Workday subject matter expert for the team. Works closely with the HRBP team providing support as it relates to employee data and reporting, deploying workforce planning, performance management and all HR related matters. Researches and analyzes data as it relates to HR.
  • Partners with Recruiters and leaders in the recruitment and selection process, from job description development, interviewing, talent selection and offer.
  • Ensures a successful onboarding experience for new employees including communication with employees, and partnering with the hiring manager to ensure a robust onboarding plan is in place for each new hire.
  • Engages regularly with teams to support fostering a positive and productive employee relations environment while providing feedback for pro-active intervention and resolution of people-related concerns. Proactively ensure positive employee relations strategies are in place and making an impact to a positive culture across all levels.
  • Provide direction and support on the process to ensure robust conversations occur between managers and employees regarding performance, including honest and accurate feedback, and the process in place to facilitate goal alignment, rating decisions, merit and bonus decisions.
  • Provides direction and support on day to day HR management processes, facilitating the execution of people and business strategies through people and organizational development.
