We’re looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Operations Specialist, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting.  The Sr. Human Resources Business Operations Specialist partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR leadership and the Public Affairs and Marketing team to develop and implement integrated HR communications strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain both existing and future teammates. This role will play a crucial part in fostering effective, two-way communication (proactive and reactive) about HR programs and services to support teammates across the organization. Job Duties & Responsibilities * Serve as the primary content lead and consultant for HR centers of excellence for HR programs and services communications, including internal and external people programs.  * Maintains clear brand standards and guidelines and educates key HR stakeholders to ensure standards are adopted.  * Generates, oversees and implements (in partnership with Public Affairs & Marketing) creative ideas that align with HR’s and the organization’s mission and priorities.  * Collaborates proactively to ensure HR deliverables complement Texas Children’s overall brand identity and align with internal HR stakeholder objectives. Acts as an advisor within Human Resources, as well as a key liaison between the internal communications team and HR * In partnership with Internal Communications, develops strategic HR communications plans to promote and advance HR initiatives, goals and priorities.  * Writes and edits wide variety of HR communications with excellence, creativity and accuracy. Uses innovative blend of media to achieve desired awareness among employee populations.  * Builds relationships with key HR, Public Affairs & Marketing stakeholders, leaders and administrative staff to remain current on important news and initiatives.  *  Researches, writes and edits HR stories, emails, talking points, scripts and other HR communications and partners with Internal Communications for the most effective method of distribution. * Serves as a coordinator for development and maintenance of HR's online content (employer brand roles)  * Administers guidelines and processes for HR content generation, approval and partners with Public Affairs & Marketing for posting.  * Provides consultation and, when appropriate, approval/approval routing of HR web content. * Partners with Public Affairs & Marketing for collaborative oversight of HR-related social media engagement strategies and ensures consistency with Texas Children’s overall brand. * Provides leadership or assistance with HR special projects, initiatives and events.   Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Mass Communications, or a related field. * Four (4) or more years of experience in communications, marketing, human resources, or similar experience required  * Human Resources communications experience preferred. * SharePoint experience highly preferred. * Experience developing communication strategies and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.     Since 1954, Texas Children’s has been leading the charge in patient care, education and research to accelerate health care for children and women around the world.
