POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. HR Business Partner partners with client groups within our end-to-end supply chain: strategic sourcing and engineering. This position is both a strategic and hands-on role that serves primarily as a strategic thought- and business partner to the site operations leaders, while also being responsible for the execution of full-cycle Human Resources support. The role is critical in devising local organization effectiveness and talent development strategies while executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, transforming the organization’s culture and driving HR functional excellence.The Sr. HR Business Partner is an individual contributor or supervisor who provides business partner leadership to a single site or function serving as primary liaison to supervisors, directors and VPs on projects and initiatives.This role may lead a small team of 1-3 HR coordinators and adminstrative resources to support a small plant or function responsible for the development of the team.
