Job Description
Ultra I&C is seeking an HR Business Partner to own HR and recruitment for the Austin site and additional assigned site(s), supporting a total population of ~175 employees. This role serves as the primary people leader for these locations, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through ongoing HR support. You will collaborate closely with another HRBP supporting a different set of sites and act as their backup as needed.
This is a hands-on role that combines HR business partnership with direct recruiting support. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and sourcing technical talent, along with the ability to influence leaders and drive people strategies aligned to business goals.
