Key Responsibilities * Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies aligned with Korea market needs. * Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring compliance with Korean labor laws and company policies. * Performance & Engagement: Partner with managers to implement performance management processes and engagement programs that foster a high-performance culture. * HR Operations Excellence: Oversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Key Requirements * 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience * Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with local employees and regional/global stakeholders. * HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of Korean labor regulations, HR best practices, and experience in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives. * Business Acumen: Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into HR solutions that drive organizational success. * Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building relationships across all levels, influencing decisions, and managing change in a dynamic environment. * Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable with data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends for proactive HR interventions.   The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.   OUR CORE PRINCIPALS:  Safety.  Integrity. Respect.  Teamwork.  Diversity & Inclusion.
