Provide expert HR guidance and support on policies, procedures, and employment legislation relevant to Australian jurisdictions. Develop and maintain HR frameworks including performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives. Oversee contractor agreements, workplace compliance, and HR documentation for Australian-based and international team members. Drive culture, engagement, and retention efforts in a fully remote and multicultural environment. Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and internal hiring strategies. Use HRIS systems and tools to maintain employee records and generate reports as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as AHRI or CIPD are a plus). Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within Australian companies or consulting with Australian clients. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards. Experience managing HR in remote or hybrid teams, with exposure to international workforces a bonus. Proven ability to lead recruitment, resolve HR issues, and implement people strategies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
