Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations in Midland, Texas. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in talent management, compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
  • Design and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive workplace environment.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor labor laws and organizational policies to ensure full compliance and update procedures as necessary.
  • Develop HR analytics and metrics to track workforce performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare detailed reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, and diversity metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR systems and workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; HR certification is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing HR metrics and data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other related technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
