The Sr. Service Technician is responsible for completing HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs independently. Tasked to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install commercial HVAC and related equipment, you will work from customer premise in support of project-based contractual requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Tra Mar Mechanical is seeking to find qualified technicians to help assist in installation, troubleshooting, repairs, solutions and management of your projects and maintenance contracts. Job Description * 5-10 years experience in commercial HVAC service. * Ability to train and develop junior technicians * Experience with commercial, multi-family and residential service calls and projects. * Must have a basic understanding of Rooftop Units, Split Systems, and Ductless Systems, * BAS Controls, Troubleshooting Cooling Towers, and Chillers. * Must be able to perform Preventative Maintenance, Diagnosis and Repair of these systems. * Ability to create relationships with clients and provide them remarkable service. * Communicating with customers and managers regarding service findings is essential. * Person interested in a career and not just a job. * Ability to excel within a team environment and willingness to help in all areas of the business. * Possess and respect a safety-first attitude, as safety always comes first at Tra Mar Mechanical.
