Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Longview and Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure clear communication and understanding of service needs. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism. Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in HVAC services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training is preferred. Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a minimum of 2 years working in the field. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) are a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
