Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Technician & Designer to lead and execute full-scope HVAC works for villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design capability, hands-on installation expertise, and leadership skills to guide teams on-site. Must be able to independently manage HVAC load calculations, duct and piping layouts, equipment selection, installation, and testing/commissioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years UAE experience in HVAC systems for villa construction.
  • Expert in HVAC design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Proficient in HVAC load calculations, selection of units, duct sizing, and routing.
  • Skilled in reading and preparing AutoCAD drawings and technical submittals.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic – written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
    Package based on experience and skillset.

Responsibilities
  • Design complete HVAC systems for villas including load calculations, ducting, and refrigerant piping.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, layout plans, and BOQs.
  • Handle installation supervision, troubleshooting, and on-site execution of HVAC systems.
  • Lead testing, balancing, and commissioning activities; TAB reporting.
  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for approvals and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain documentation for as-built drawings, test reports, and service logs.
