JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. Hybrid IT Engineer with 8–10 years of expertise in messaging and collaboration technologies. This role requires advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and leadership capabilities. The Hybrid IT Engineer will manage and support a 24x7 operational environment, focusing on ensuring the health, performance, and optimization of the organization’s messaging and collaboration systems. The ideal candidate will also bring experience with automation, Azure cloud services, and monitoring tools such as Splunk.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies listed above.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience in a 24x7 support environment, including on-call rotations.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing alerting and monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303/304, AZ-500).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• Automation expertise with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
