Description
Define and drive the I4.0 product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and manufacturing strategies. Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, data science, operations) to deliver integrated smart manufacturing solutions. Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from end users and stakeholders, develop business cases, validate impact, and propose high-ROI projects for implementation. Understands business problems and effectively translates user requirements into technical specifications—and vice versa—for data science, technical solution, and IT teams. Collaborate with global teams to deploy and maintain data science solutions in production environments, ensure data quality, integrity, and continuous improvement across all relevant data sources. Document artifacts related to software development, design, test cases, user training and releases. Communicate effectively with peers, senior management, and external partners. Present to small and large groups, demonstrating strong leadership and relationship management skills. Ensure optimization and standardization of tools and processes by leveraging central team business partner to enable sustainable scaling across sites. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in smart manufacturing, process engineering, or similar operations, with proven I4.0 project delivery. Proven experience leading cross-functional and global teams, with strong collaboration skills across peers, senior, and mid-level management. Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or industrial environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or related roles. Strong knowledge of data engineering (ETL, data warehousing, SQL, database management systems such as Snowflake). Proficiency in web development (Angular, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power Platform). Experience with APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and Agile development processes. Strong domain knowledge is preferred, particularly in capacity modeling, planning and optimization, as well as line management and manufacturing performance monitoring. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., MES, SAP) is a plus. Self-motivated, with strong ownership and ability to work independently. High attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized and ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing business needs. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing. Provide expert guidance on system interfaces, capabilities, and process improvements. Design and develop intuitive and responsive user interface for interactive data visualization to explain insights from data or analytic models. Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to define API specifications and deliver robust solutions.
