JOB OVERVIEW:

LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Engineer to join its IAM team within the Information Security department. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineer specializing in ForgeRock Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). As a senior technical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, implementing, and optimizing ForgeRock IGA solutions to meet complex identity management and governance needs. You’ll work with stakeholders across business units to ensure compliance, scalability, and security of identity-related processes. This is a very technical, hands-on experience role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, including IdM and AM.
  • Expertise in identity lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Python) and API integrations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
