JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior IAM Security Analyst will be accountable for the delivery and implementation of security technology that supports the Global Identity and Access Management Domain for the Company primarily supporting the Sailpoint IdentityIQ platform. They will participate in the execution and implementation of the Sun Life IAM program. Reporting directly to the Manager of Technology Support, the incumbent will work with the IAM Operation team to help move technology and processes through the Application Life Cycle. This will be in the form of projects, consulting, continuous improvement activities and as Subject Matter Expert in the IAM Technology field. Your goal is to provide stellar service, have a continuous improvement mindset to help drive operational efficiencies and secure our environment under the IAM Domain.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Logical Access Security Standard (LASD) and policy around Data Privacy for the Company is a must
  • Be responsible for project deliverables, prioritizing actions, overcome obstacles that arise through the implementation of projects, and assist team members in resolving issues
  • Be responsive to queries from internal clients, and provide solutions as required
  • Be resourceful and able to work with other technical support teams with strong collaboration and synergy to enhance and improve the IAM tools
  • Collaborate with Security Access Administration and Governance teams to ensure the service delivered satisfy end user’s requirement at the same time follow the Governance best practices
