We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Dell EMC PowerFlex rack solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and providing expert-level support to customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, design and deploy PowerFlex rack solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• In-depth knowledge of PowerFlex rack solutions, including PowerFlex Manager, vVols Architecture, and vSphere.

• Implement and manage PowerFlex rack solutions, including deploying templates, configuring data protection, and managing system capacity.
• Provide expert-level support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PowerFlex rack implementation.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and design and deploy PowerFlex rack solutions that meet their requirements.
• Monitor and interpret operational metrics to validate the health and performance of the PowerFlex system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerFlex rack implementation, including network resiliency improvements and system architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerFlex rack features, enhancements, and functionality, and provide recommendations to customers on how to optimize their PowerFlex rack solutions.
• Use administration tools and resources to manage the PowerFlex rack system, including PowerFlex Manager and vVols Architecture.
• Collaborate with other teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and provide comprehensive support to customers

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
