Job Description Team: This position is in the Edge Automation team within Platform Fundamentals BU. Edge Automation portfolio spans AI Agents, RPA and enterprise automation governance. The focus of the team is providing enterprise customers cutting edge client automation tools for their critical business processes, innovative Agentic solutions for client side automation including “computer use” and “web browser use” tools for AI Agents. What you get to do in this role: Preparing product requirements based on customer interactions and market research Working with Engineering on product deliverables Working with Design and User Research team to build great user experiences. Periodically engaging with executive leaders and sharing product roadmap and adoption progress. Meeting customers to drive up adoption and get feedback. Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 5+ years of software product management experience Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap Problem Solving Analytical Structured Thinking Stakeholder Management Keen Sense of ownership and accountability Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions FD21 Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
