We’re seeking a Sr Incentive Compensation Analyst to support variable pay plans and incentive programs that power our automotive sales, financial services, after-sales, and supporting functions. This role will partner with Operations, Finance, IT and HR with direct visibility to senior leadership. Job Responsibilities: • Build deep knowledge of commissions, targets, and incentive programs across sales, financial services, after-sales, and store/market operations. • Contribute across the full sales compensation lifecycle from plan design support and modeling to implementation, administration, and performance insights — gaining cross-functional visibility and exposure to operations functions and their leaders. • Analyze plan effectiveness: attainment, pay mix, ROI, and impact on field performance. • Develop financial models and “what-if” scenarios to evaluate compensation plan changes and new comp plans. • Support pay plan design by providing impact analyses and business insights for leadership. • Ensure payout accuracy, accruals, and dispute resolution in partnership with Financial Data operations and IT. • Deliver dashboards and recurring reports on earnings, bonus distributions, and plan efficiency. • Support annual compensation survey processes, research compensation benchmarks and market trends to ensure market-competitive pay plans. • Document and roll out new plans, ensuring consistency, compliance, and clear communication. • Participate in cross-functional projects, M&A due diligence, and compensation system automation. Qualifications required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. • 2–4 years in sales compensation, finance, or operations analytics. • Strong Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex pay structures clearly. Preferred / Strong Plus: • Experience with sales compensation systems, CRM platforms, sales operations, or Lead-to-Cash processes. • Exposure to Sales, HR, financial or marketing analytics. • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or other reporting, analytics or data visualization tools.
