The Sr Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing complex systems, processes, and operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.

• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to streamline operations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Participate/Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and lowering costs,
• Utilize production schedules to calculate facility capacity calculations and manpower requirements.
• Design, implement, and manage systems that improve production, quality control, and safety in manufacturing settings.
• Analyze and develop labor standards using time studies or other processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new processes or equipment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
• Forecast labor hours monthly/yearly to be used for operations and financial planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying current with new technologies, methods, and best practices in Industrial Engineering.
