Actual Title of the role: Sr. Project Manager – IT Facilities & Infrastructure
Duration: 1 year
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite )

Skills/Job Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of IT Project Management/PMO experience in a waterfall/Agile environment
• Experience in managing Low Voltage cabling, Audio Visual implementations, MDF & IDF design/implementation, Network infrastructure setup, Cell DAS implementation, Vendor & Budget management.
• Experience driving Project Planning sessions; Have used various frameworks to prioritize work based on ROI/Business Value
• Clearly articulate the Business Value (in terms of ROI) for the work/projects committed to the leadership team
• Possess solid communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced technical environment with experience using Agile/Scrum process and best practices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects in IT Facilities
• Proven experience in managing Multiple Large IT Facilities Projects
• Solid analytical mindset. Ability to define and build dashboards for executive consumption, while bringing in data from different systems
• Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities who can drive projects to completion
• Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issues
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced Construction Projects
• PMP and Agile certification preferred

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
