In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the training experience across various applications, ensuring that end-users are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for optimal patient care. Collaborating with IT teams and clinical staff, you will analyze user requirements, develop training materials, and support software implementation processes. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of healthcare delivery by streamlining user interactions with critical systems. \n Accountabilities Analyze user requirements and develop training plans for clinical applications. Conduct training sessions and prepare instructional materials for staff and providers. Support go-live processes and help desk activities as needed. Collaborate with application teams to identify training needs. Ensure accuracy and quality of all training documentation. Assist in system build and maintenance of the training environment. Participate in optimization projects and attend relevant conferences. Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certification in at least one EPIC application is required. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of healthcare systems and workflows. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to conceptualize and analyze issues effectively. Proficient in curriculum development and instructional methods.
