In this role, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design to create effective learning solutions that enhance organizational performance. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify gaps in knowledge and develop innovative training materials. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. \n Accountabilities Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend training interventions. Conduct research through interviews, surveys, and external sources to develop training content. Incorporate adult learning theories and best practices into learning plans and courses. Utilize rapid instructional design techniques to create content in a fast-paced environment. Manage and publish training content using LMS and CMS platforms. Stay updated on trends in automotive and digital marketing. Review peer content and provide constructive feedback. Administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 5 - 7 years of experience in instructional design or a related area. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and instructional techniques. Excellent writing and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
