General Summary   The Sr Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative, multi-channel campaigns that elevate brand presence, drive customer engagement, and fuel sales growth. This position supports the Retail business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role.  This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.   Key Responsibilities * Integrated Marketing Calendar * Strategic Campaign Development * Multi-Channel Execution * Creative Collaboration * Customer Engagement * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned   Specific Job Skills:   Essential duties include * Maintain and manage an integrated marketing calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities, providing a centralized view of all marketing initiatives * Lead, manage, and implement end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives * Collaborate with product and design teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight unique features, benefits, and trends; Lead campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, paid media, influencer marketing), retail channels, and events * Partner with e-commerce teams to drive online conversions and enhance the digital shopping experience * Work with creative teams to develop impactful visuals, videos, and content that resonate with target audiences * Identify and engage with key customer segments, based on quarterly product selection     Required Qualifications   * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field * Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in footwear, fashion, or consumer goods * Experience in footwear, fashion, and/or retail industries * Must know and have a passion for lifestyle and culture marketing * Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps Suite   The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 - $120,00. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
