UPMC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Intelligent Automation Analyst - Business Transformation with expertise in Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and manage automation solutions to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: · Process Analysis & Design: o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize automation opportunities across business processes. o Document current workflows and design future-state processes optimized for automation. · RPA Development & Implementation: o Design and develop RPA bots using UIPath’s suite of products. o Test and deploy RPA solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. o Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing automation workflows. · Strategy & Governance: o Contribute to the development of the intelligent automation strategy, aligning with organizational goals. o Ensure adherence to automation governance frameworks, best practices, and compliance standards. · Collaboration & Training: o Work with business units and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. o Provide training and support to users on automation tools and solutions. · Performance Monitoring & Reporting: o Monitor the performance of RPA bots, ensuring stability and efficiency. o Generate reports on automation outcomes, including time savings, error reduction, and ROI metrics. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. · High School Diploma and equivalent experience will be considered. · Three years of hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. · Experience with UIPath is preferred. · Strong understanding of process mapping, business analysis, and optimization. · Experience preparing business process and/or technical specification documents. · Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. · Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving results. · Adaptability to new technologies and changing business needs.
