Essential functions and responsibilities * Manage multiple commercial interiors projects  * Skilled in all phases of design process – programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration * Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications and material selections required for construction * Develop selection of furniture systems/ specifications. Coordinate and collaborate with furniture vendor through ordering and installation of materials * Manage client expectations and consultant coordination * Produce design drawings in AutoCAD & Revit * Knowledge of current building codes Nonessential functions and responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
