Job Description: The Senior Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels within the assigned area of responsibility by performing cycle counts, adjusting on-hand quantities in the system and reconciling discrepancies between the inventory records and actual stock on hand. This position also performs other duties such as receiving and shipping orders and filling special requests for product information.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15am-4:45pm. Shift subject to change.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Attentive to details
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Physical requirements: able to lift up to 70 lbs., stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, climb stairs (if warehouse)
  • Strong computer skills required including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Internet applications, SAP, Salesforce, and PC applications
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
  • Must have demonstrated work experience with RF scanning technology preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective problem-solving skills
