Key Capabilities & Responsibilities: Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair irrigation components such as pipes, fittings, electrical systems, and backflow preventers. Seasonal Maintenance: Perform system start-ups, evaluations, winterizations, and ongoing system maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. Water Efficiency: Assess and adjust irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage and efficiency. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, offering professional advice and solutions during service calls. Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including inventory usage and job details via the Jobber app. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to provide seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (both commercial and residential). Strong Technical Skills: Expertise in working with a wide variety of irrigation components, including controllers, sprinkler heads, pipes, electrical systems, and backflow preventers. Water Management Knowledge: Deep understanding of water efficiency principles and the ability to make system adjustments to optimize performance. Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues with irrigation systems. Customer-Focused: Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to clients in an easy-to-understand manner. Provide excellent customer service on every job.
