Description

SAP POC Development & Technical Support * Work directly with the Director to design, build, and document SAP-focused POC solutions addressing Honeywell Aerospace business problems across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or MRO * Contribute to SAP configuration, functional design, and solution testing for Innovation Lab POC builds * Maintain technical documentation for all SAP-related POC work — design specs, configuration guides, test results, and outcome summaries * Support the technical review and quality assurance of SAP deliverables produced by Early Career Associates in the Lab Business Process Analysis & Engagement * Assist in preparing for business function engagement sessions — researching pain points, drafting problem statements, and building structured conversation guides * Document business requirements gathered from stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to inform POC scoping * Translate business requirements into SAP-aligned functional specifications and solution approaches under the Director's guidance * Support the preparation of POC showcase materials — summarizing business problems, solution approaches, and demonstrated outcomes for executive audiences AI & Emerging Technology Support * Support the Director in researching and evaluating AI use cases that complement SAP environments — including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and SAP Business AI capabilities * Assist in prototyping AI-integrated POC components — working with Early Career Associates and the Lead Architect on data preparation, model integration, and results analysis * Stay current on SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, and adjacent AI tooling relevant to Aerospace enterprise operations Innovation Lab Operations Support * Support the day-to-day technical operations of the Innovation Lab — maintaining POC project trackers, managing technical documentation repositories, and coordinating Lab logistics * Assist the Director in preparing training materials and technical exercises for Early Career Associates in the SAP and ERP tracks * Participate in Lab Demo Days and POC showcases — presenting technical work clearly to business and IT stakeholders

Responsibilities

The Sr. IT Analyst will design, build, and document SAP-focused proof-of-concept solutions to address business challenges in Aerospace. They will also support the Innovation Lab's technical operations, including AI research, prototyping, and mentoring early-career associates.
