REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or another discipline relevant to the Healthcare industry.
• 10-12 years of IT experience in large or midsized multinational Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, or Health Care organization.
• Experience leading teams - both with direct and indirect responsibility.
• Persuasive communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership skills, self-directed with strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task across multiple programs successfully.
• Experience in setting IT strategy and business IT alignment.
• Successfully managed project portfolio with projects ranging from $1M-$10MM and / or operating budgets of $7MM to $12MM.
• Proven experience and understanding of the complete software life cycle including privacy and security aspects.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Ability to collaborate with business leads, understand business strategy/processes, look for innovative solutions to drive business enhancements both for internal business users and external customers.
• Work effectively with all levels of management up to and including Division Directors and VPs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technology application knowledge of the following disciplines is a plus (Websites and Customer Portals, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Five9 Cloud Contact Center, Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud, Master Data Management, SAP OTC and RTR, Financial Planning and Analytics, and / or Power BI).
