KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in a proactive manner to ensure seamless operations. * Manage Cloud resources, including provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance tasks. * Execute regular patching of systems to maintain security compliance and system stability. * Identify and resolve technical issues across the infrastructure, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime. * Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operations and increase efficiency. * Contribute to GitHub projects, enhancing existing automation processes and tools. * Collaborate with team members to integrate automation solutions into operational workflows. * Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements. * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to advise on potential impacts on the business. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and ensure seamless integration of cloud services. * Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and tools to enhance our cloud infrastructure and services. * Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
