ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Sr. IT Manager – Shopfloor Applications, you will be the strategic and operational bridge between our manufacturing business and IT, driving technology solutions that enhance shopfloor performance. You’ll lead a team, manage solution lifecycles, and ensure our digital tools align with business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Sr. IT Manager – Shopfloor Applications, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and support of shopfloor technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT capabilities.

In detail, you will:

• Develop and manage solution roadmaps for shopfloor applications
• Lead cross-functional teams in project execution and support activities
• Serve as the primary IT contact for shopfloor-related initiatives
• Communicate KPIs and ensure lifecycle health of implemented solutions
• Drive simplification and optimization of the IT landscape
• Manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships
• Coach and mentor your team to foster growth and accountability
