JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide onsite advanced technical support for IT operations within our growing Memphis facility. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT hardware, software, and infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across all areas of the facility while serving multiple departments from operators to the executive level. The Senior IT Support Specialist will also be a part of the greater City IT team working together with other talented support specialists to ensure our Help Desk provides the best customer and technical service to all four sites.
The ideal candidate for the Senior IT Support Specialist is an exceptional problem solver with a strong sense of ownership who is capable of diagnosing issues quickly and efficiently. Their communication skills, both verbal and written, are impeccable, allowing them to address customer concerns effectively and professionally through various channels.
