JOB DESCRIPTION

The Data Trust team is looking for an experienced developer to step into the role of Technology Asset Owner of the ERIS SSI platform. The role will handle the day-to-day maintenance and ownership of the platform, which provides Account Standard Settlement Instructions in near-realtime to TD’s payments infrastructure. A big part of this role will be taking part in the re-design of the existing tooling and integration with the wider SSI data masters

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience with Message Queues and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Java, Java Streams API
• Experience with Spring Boot applications

PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to communicate technical requirements, improvements, and defects clearly and concisely.
• Works well in a team setting, collaborating both with project team and stakeholders.
• Experience taking initiative and collaborating with business partners to deliver technology solutions.

Develop: Develop and implement changes to the codebase and net new pipelines that integrate between application, backend, and infrastructure.
Deploy: Manage changes and application releases: code review, merging, packaging, and deployment.
Govern: Collaborate with internal teams to hold application to internal governance standards.
Document: Create user friendly documentation for all process and code you touch.
Mentor: Work to ensure understanding and growth of junior team members.
