Overview Overview International Logic Systems is seeking Sr. Java Developer / WebLogic Administrator. We provide innovative IT solutions that support mission-critical projects for the Federal Government, as well as civilian and commercial sectors. Responsibilities Responsibilities • Required Skill Set: o Java/J2ee, Middleware Administration - WebLogic, WebSphere, Micro Services, Struts, EJB, Oracle, PL/SQL, JIRA, Troubleshooting. o WebLogic Admin work which includes WebLogic installation, configuration, patching, system updates, troubleshoot WebLogic production issues. o WebLogic (Maintenance and Operations), Java (Development) and REST APIs (Development). • Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities. • Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed design into computer software. • Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. • Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. • Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. • Provides technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met. • Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. • Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts. • Translate detailed design into computer software. • Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. • Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. • Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Qualifications Qualifications Must have 10 years of experience, of which at least three (3) years must be specialized in WebLogic Administration. Specialized experience includes: experience as an applications programmer on large-scale data base management systems, knowledge of computer equipment and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives. Demonstrated ability to work independently or under only general direction.
