Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility in software development environments with experience leading technical initiatives or development teams. Strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL, RESTful APIs, and modern CI/CD technologies. Proven ability to manage end-to-end software delivery, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and project timelines. Experience identifying technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges while proactively communicating solutions to stakeholders.
