WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION:

  • Lead overall Mondelez portfolio for a large grocery key account and deliver on volume, revenue, and profit KPIs
  • Work with the customer business lead on developing and executing growth plans and overall strategy to deliver results
  • Work with and inspire a multi-functional team to develop and commercialize long term innovation and growth plans
  • Leverage RGM approach to develop and implement trade promotion strategies to maximize growth and ROI

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree education, preferred in Business. MBA or other designation an asset.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 7 years sales prior experience within CPG
  • Previous Key Account experience leading Costco is a strong asset
  • Ability to manage, synthesize and integrate large amount of data.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with complexity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a multi-functional team
  • Solution oriented and strong drive for results
  • Excellent strategic leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others across functions while clearly setting direction.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results.
