Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Performance Management Own end-to-end brand performance: revenue, traffic, awareness, conversion, and campaign results. Plan and optimize promotions, cross-selling, and annual/JBP plans. 2. Operational & Campaign Execution Manage daily commercial operations: livestreaming, content, promotions, GWP, collaborations, and affiliate programs. Handle planning, scheduling, execution, and post-event analysis. 3. Strategic Direction Give clear recommendations on content ideas, pricing, promotions, and growth levers. Identify new opportunities based on platform trends (esp. Shopee tools & TikTok Live). 4. Relationship Management Act as main contact for brands and platform teams. Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, affiliates, and influencers. 5. Internal & External Coordination Work with Livestreaming/D2C, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned plans and smooth execution. Coordinate with platform counterparts to secure promotions and special opportunities. 6. Marketing & Sales Strategy Develop clear marketing briefs and growth proposals. Communicate requirements to designers, marketers, and other teams. 7. P&L Ownership Manage full P&L for assigned brands: revenue, margins, marketing spend, and OPEX efficiency. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in business/marketing/related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 5–8+ years in eCommerce, digital retail, brand management, or marketplace operations Proven experience managing official stores or enterprise-level stores on platforms Demonstrated track record in P&L ownership, revenue targets, margin management, and marketing budget allocation Strong background in trade marketing, campaign planning, and online promotional mechanics (flash sale, vouchers, affiliate funnels, ads). Experience handling cross-functional teams: operations, fulfillment, catalog, content, campaign, and finance. Proven ability to manage distributors, principals, and brand partners in a structured, corporate way. Hands-on knowledge of Webstore / D2C operations (PG, Plugo, Magento, MDR Bank, etc). Experience setting pricing strategy, including SRP/RSP, margin simulations, price guardrails, and discount structures.
