Job Description We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager for one of our retail customers in the Netherlands. This role is positioned in Amsterdam, working in the Benelux Business Unit with a team full of performance driven peers. The Senior Key Account Manager reports directly into the Customer Group Manager and is in close contact with the senior team members in the Business Unit. The Senior Key Account manager has the responsibility to strengthen the relationship with one of our largest customers in the Benelux. You are responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth and coordinating account-related activities both internally and externally. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the annual negotiations, together with the Customer Group Manager. In brief, you take ownership of: Managing and strengthening the relationship with one of our largest customers in the Benelux. Driving sustainable, profitable growth through optimal portfolio management and strong execution of strategic account plans. Identifying opportunities through your analytical skills e.g. Nielsen/IRI. Develop long-term sales plans for your customer and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met. Ensuring cross-functional alignment regarding portfolio developments, sales forecasting, demand planning and marketing activities. Together with the Customer Group Manager responsible for the annual negotiations. Please kindly note you need to have an EU working permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. Hard Skills Minimal bachelor’s degree. Circa 5-7 years of proven and relevant experience in commercial roles in a fast-paced FMCG environment, dealing with retail customers. Data-driven and analytical approach. Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English. Professional Attributes Interpersonal Skills - At Kraft Heinz, people are easily exposed to senior management, no matter the level.
