Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Lab Analyst is a key member of the pioneer team for the startup of the new production line, assisting the Chemist in setting up the QC Laboratory at the new site. This includes training Laboratory Analysts, establishing laboratory systems, and managing operations to ensure the safe and smooth commissioning and startup of the new plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct quality analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and final products.
  • Accurately interpret and report test results in a timely manner, following specified test methods.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to equipment and analysis processes.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of lab systems, including equipment validation and calibration.
  • Maintain quality documentation and develop quality procedures.
  • Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians on analysis instrumentation procedures.
  • Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
  • Assist in the procurement process and ensure inventory is up to date.
  • Implement and optimize analytical processes and equipment workflows.
  • Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
