Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and biotechnology, is looking for a “Sr Laboratory Technician - Operations” based out of Branchburg, NJ. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $27/hr on W2 The Oligonucleotide Development Group seeks a Laboratory Technician to support purification method development, downstream processing, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides. This role involves hands-on lab work, process troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production and support scale-up activities. Key Responsibilities: Perform purification, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides using HPLC, UV-VIS, and related techniques. Support production operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, OSHA, and cGMP standards. Document experiments, production data, and results in SAP, LIMS, or other systems. Monitor lab supplies, equipment calibration, and maintenance. Participate in experimental design, protocol development, and technical reporting. Contribute to process improvement, new platform development, and scale-up initiatives. Provide input on new equipment, procedures, and SOPs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Knowledge of cGMP, lab safety, and production support in a regulated environment. Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
