Responsibilities: Manages landscape architecture projects and client relationships Develops conceptual designs, and construction documents and conducts construction observation for projects of varied scope and scale Develops project schedules and budgets Directs and coordinates the work of project team members Manages sub-consultants Coordinates with clients and other consultants Coordinates with local governmental agencies Prepares monthly project billing Manages project accounts receivable Assists with/conducts business development Assists with preparation of contracts Mentors less experienced team members Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University Licensed Landscape Architect in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity # years of demonstrated work experience in private practice Demonstrated experience and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite Innovative design skills with sound technical expertise in conceptual design, construction documents, and construction observation Strong organizational skills Excellent project and client management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong presentation, listening, and communication skills Thorough understanding of design, graphics, marketing, communication, and business development Interest in and ability to mentor less experienced team members Some of our Benefits: 401k Match: 100% up to 4% of your contributions with immediate vesting + 3% Safe Harbor Contribution with immediate vesting Merit-Based Bonus Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; BGE contributes to HSA on eligible plans 9 paid Holidays, including 3 Floating holidays Personal Time Allowances 2 to 4 weeks of Vacation, depending on experience-level.
