POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr/Lead Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality. This position is responsible for leading engineering initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T,
  • Bonus: FEA, CFD, and Thermal Engineering (pumped single phase fluid loops, pumped two phase fluid loops, refrigeration cycles, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with LabView and automation processes would be a bonus
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
