Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Level Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our client’s team in High Point, NC.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of $45,000 working business office hours.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable across various industries. You will proactively reach out to customers with overdue accounts, ask strategic questions to understand payment delays, and work to resolve delinquencies efficiently. As a senior-level specialist, you may also mentor and support junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in collections or a related financial role.
  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working with multiple systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Contact customers with past due accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence to secure payments or establish payment arrangements.
  • Handle complex accounts requiring thorough research and tailored resolution strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing a positive and professional experience at every interaction.
  • Accurately document account activity and maintain up-to-date system records.
  • Analyze account aging reports, identify at-risk accounts, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Balance daily operational tasks, meeting productivity goals while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regular collections performance reports to management.
