The primary function is to configure and optimize the commercial licensing platform (e.g., CSC License Pro) to reflect the SME's rules, focusing on automation, efficiency, and preparing the system for high-volume offshore processing, within the retail Line of Business. Key Responsibilities: Platform Configuration: Lead the technical setup, administration, and configuration of the licensing platform. This includes building custom renewal workflows, configuring the rules engine to manage dependencies, setting up automated notifications, and defining user roles and access permissions. Automation & Optimization: Identify and implement platform features that eliminate manual effort (driving ROI). This includes configuring features like batch processing of payments/renewals, data import/export routines, and automated document generation templates. Data Mapping & Migration: Define requirements for mapping existing license data and documents into the platform's proprietary data structure to ensure a seamless and compliant initial data migration. Process Translation: Work directly with the SME to translate complex compliance rules into the platform's logical configuration settings, ensuring the system enforces the correct renewal sequence and prerequisites. Offshore Enablement: Design the user interface and platform access required for the offshore team to perform their specific tasks efficiently and compliantly. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, administering, or implementing a major commercial multi-jurisdiction license management platform (e.g., CSC License Pro, hCue, PermitStream) Expertise in using a platform's workflow builder, rules engine, and configuration settings to enforce business logic Strong background in business process optimization and translating business requirements into technical configuration Understanding of data governance, data migration principles, and system testing (UAT).
