PSI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with experience representing clients in cases such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability. This role involves advocating for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts, conducting thorough investigations, drafting legal documents, and negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel. The Personal Injury Attorney will work closely with clients to provide empathetic support and expert legal guidance throughout the litigation process. If you are a motivated attorney with a passion for helping injured individuals and a track record of success in personal injury cases, we encourage you to apply. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar admission in California Minimum of 4 years of experience handling personal injury cases. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
