Oversee the preparation and approval of financial models for M&A targets, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives. Conduct and manage due diligence activities, analyzing financial, operational, and market data to support acquisition decisions. Develop flexible operating models to allow scenario planning and rapid response to changing business needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, comprehensive analysis, and effective decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. 3–5 years of financial modeling experience; healthcare experience preferred. Experience in acquisition due diligence and ability to analyze complex financial and operational issues. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and manage complex operating models. Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills across multiple functions and organizational levels. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
