· Learn production operations and support process improvement
· Assist with team coordination and communication
· Understand and report on key metrics (quality, delivery, safety)

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience working in a manufacturing environment
· Logical thinking and effective communication skills
· Ambition to grow within the company in the future
· Fluency in English required
· High School Diploma or equivalent/GED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· College experience in any of these fields. Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
· Internship or hands-on experience in production
· Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools
· Basic Math skills
