Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that automated equipment, and organizes workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Established and active employee resource groups High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends 1+ years of managing skilled trades work force.
