Overview:
The Sr. Maintenance Technician - Facilities Reliability will report to either the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor on the respective shift.
The Sr. Maintenance Technician will perform day-to-day maintenance activities of the CFA Supply Distribution Center (DC) building envelope, building equipment, space occupied by CFA Supply, and common areas of the site.
This role will work closely with all levels of the Maintenance team, while also interacting with operations team members, plant employees, truck drivers, equipment operators, etc., in addition to the Safety, Quality, and Compliance Lead.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inspections, preventative, reactive and predictive maintenance of the building envelope, building equipment, space occupied by CFA Supply, and common areas of the site
  • Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer specs, work order instructions, and warranty agreements
  • Escalate maintenance issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner
  • Perform maintenance activities in a reliable and cost-effective manner in compliance with safety, quality, compliance requirements and industry standards, and CFA’s SOPs
  • Identify reoccurring problems impacting asset life and identify possible solutions
  • Load financial and operational data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and its financial systems in an accurate, complete, and timely manner
  • Perform off-shift critical work and emergency repairs when needed
  • Participate in the selection of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary to support the maintenance operations; help determine inventory levels and quantities of spare parts required
  • Ensure maintenance and facilities management records are properly maintained and safeguarded
  • Support CFA Supply Sustainment’s initiatives to reduce energy consumption and waste generation
  • Support the coordination and communication with site leadership to discuss/coordinate activities that might impact each other from an operational and safety standpoint
  • Potential to be required to act as Maintenance Lead on weekend shift
