Primary Responsibilities: Perform mammography examinations in accordance with ACR, MQSA, and Optum standards Provide direct patient care with a focus on comfort, safety, and service excellence Maintain oversight of mammography quality assurance, including equipment calibration and daily performance checks Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirements related to breast imaging Manage and monitor imaging protocols, workflow efficiency, and adherence to best practices Support front office and nursing teams with technical guidance and operational problem solving Collaborate with physician leaders to optimize patient flow and clinical outcomes Oversee image archiving, documentation, and reporting processes typically supported by HIM in larger departments Conduct staff education and training related to imaging safety, quality standards, and patient service Partner with procurement and IT to support equipment maintenance, upgrades, and system integration Monitor business outcomes, including exam volumes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effective resource utilization Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives specific to mammography services Act as the primary liaison for regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys Ensure timely communication with providers and staff regarding imaging results and workflow needs Maintain clinical competency and support ongoing professional development within the imaging team You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT(M) and NM licensure BLS through the American Heart Association 2+ years of experience in Mammography Preferred Qualifications: PACS, RIS, EPIC and Magview Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of mammography quality assurance measures and accreditation requirements Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
