Role: Senior Manager, Advertiser Sales Work Location: Philippines (Manila) Product: VEVE About Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive mobile advertising sales for VEVE in the Philippines market. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong agency relationships, and a passion for delivering high-impact digital solutions. You will be responsible for growing our advertiser base, managing key client relationships, and owning revenue goals for the region. The Role: Lead revenue growth for VEVE’s OEM inventory and app install performance products in the Philippines market. Pitch VEVE’s proprietary placements (preloads, app recommendations, device notifications, branded stores, etc.) to performance-driven advertisers. Identify and onboard new advertisers across key categories (e.g., BFSI, eCommerce, Auto, FMCG, Gaming, etc. Acquire and scale partnerships with mobile-first and app-centric brands (e.g., fintech, eCommerce, gaming, OTT, travel, and health-tech). Strengthen ties with performance marketing agencies, MMPs, and affiliate networks that drive app install demand. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, regular performance reporting, and build long-term relationships to increase monthly recurring business (MRR). Build strong connections with media buying agencies, media planners, and digital leads across top agency networks. Craft and pitch CPI, CPA, and ARPU-based strategies tailored to client performance KPIs. Build full-funnel campaign approaches leveraging VEVE's OEM, programmatic, and brand surfaces. Developing sales collaterals and business proposals and media plans. Working closely with the client to understand requirements, providing constant feedback, and communicating these with the product development team. Maintaining client relations independently along with daily campaign monitoring and recommending improvements. Pushing internal stakeholders in the company on new inventory, solutions, etc. to grow the business. What you’ll need to be successful: 5+ years relevant experience in the online advertising industry Existing relationships with decision-makers in the media buying space and a proven track record working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts. Should be a great team player and motivator. Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Proficient in usage of the entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) to create business models and deal simulations for Brands/Advertisers/Agencies. Very strong English communication skills – written and spoken. This is a must, and there’s zero tolerance for poor communication.
